Five TV Shows for Holidays

Christmas and new year, such a long holiday! Can not wait to watch some funny TV shows or DVD movies during the holiday.

Below are five TV shows I would love to recommend to you, you can rent the DVDs or just purchase the complete season(s) for them at amazon.com or Wal-mart.

2 Broke Girls (the second season on the go...)

It is my most favorite TV shows this year, yes, it occupies the top position now in my heart!
One's street-smart and blue-collar born; the other's book smart and nouveau bankrupt. Together, unlikely roommates and unlikelier friends Max (Kat Dennings, Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist) and Caroline (Beth Behrs) are two broke girls waiting tables in a Brooklyn diner while they're waiting for real life to begin. Saving $250,000 to open a cupcake shop won't be easy, but the pair's saucy humor and blossoming friendship make chasing the American dream a priceless adventure.
The first season contains 24 episodes and every episode can make you laugh loudly!
Every character in this TV has amazing and lovely personality and you may fall in love with them with their funny and humorous lines. You will be addicted with this TV show from the first episode of the first season!
You also will admit Max's attitude to her life, Caroline's positive even though experiencing such tough things-lost all things she has, to be a girl with nothing from a girl with anything, from rich to poor. With Max's help, Caroline has a place to live, has a job to do, earn money by herself. You will feel happy when you see their cupcake shop foundation increase to more from 0.

Gossip Girl ( Six seasons/End)

Total six seasons and the last episode ended a few days ago. It is a good TV show as long as you like fashion, lovely appearances, handsome guys, privileged teenagers attend an elite private school in New York City. Based on Alloy Entertainment's book series.. I do not like the plot a lot but that does not matter much. We can pick up the good sides from the not-that-good sides, right? Let's be more positive and easy-going for the upcoming 2013! And, it finally ends!

The Big Bang Theory (the sixth season on the go...)

How can we miss TBBT? Never! Especially for holidays! It is a TV show that definitely make you laugh, laugh and laugh loudly, especially the first two seasons!
A woman who moves into an apartment next door to two brilliant but socially awkward physicists shows them how little they know about life outside of the laboratory. Penny is the woman who lives next door to Lenard and Sheldon. In my opinion, Penny is the funniest character in the whole TV show. She is also a genius even though she does not know anything about Physics. But she know how to communicate and make fun for both guys, as well as their friends.

How I Met Your Mother (the eighth season on the go)

I recommend this to you because it has Barney in it. Love this character very much and the story is not that funny as beginning, but it is still a good TV shows for holidays!
The TV is about Ted searches for the woman of his dreams in New York City with the help of his four best friends. I think it is a TV about Ted and his friends in New Your City and searches his dream girl by the way only.
For me, I do not care who is the girl finally but I enjoy Ted tells the stories about him and his friends.

Grimm (the second season on the go)

In modern day Portland, Oregon, a police detective inherits the ability to see supernatural creatures. I love the plot and the make-up of different "animal" roles. Amazing. I was shocked by some animal characters when they are back to the original faces. Horrible indeed. But that is also the amazing thing for this TV.

I think Grimm is with the best plot arrangement among all TV shows I recommend in this article. Hope it can continue as it is just in the second season only. It is a long way to go, right?

There are lots of puzzles that you like to find out "why", "what" and "how. You will push yourself to find out what happen indeed when you watch Grimm. Like to know what caused the situation and who made it indeed. Who is the big boss like to destroy Nick? Will Juliette's memories be back?

Besides above five tv shows, I also have others in my favorite TV shows list, like Walking Dead, Supernatural, etc.
How about movies? You can find the best-sold DVD movies on Amazon.com.

Need to make backup DVDs for your favorite TV shows discs or movie DVDs? Any DVD Cloner Platinum and DVDSmith Movie Backup are the tools you can use.

Find more related articles in DVDSmith movies and TV shows DVD backup articles.

Last but not the least, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!! Hope you will have a WONDERFUL 2013!!!!
